REFUND POLICY
Well-Child Resources sells downloadable digital products. Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.
Refunds We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at brad@wellchildresources.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.
Non-Delivery If you did not receive your download link after purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at brad@wellchildresources.com and we will resend it promptly.
Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
We Do Not Offer Refunds For:
- Change of mind after downloading the product
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Technical issues on your end unrelated to our delivery system
